VetFamily completes the acquisition of IVA and establishes presence in Australia

VetFamily, the Vimian vertical operating within the Veterinary Services segment, today announces the completion of the acquisition of Independent Vets of Australia (“IVA”), a provider of procurement and support services to more than 115 member clinics in Australia.

IVA has annual revenues of approximately EUR 1 million and works alongside independent veterinary practices to help raising capabilities, support growth and achieve practice goals faster. Over the last few years, VetFamily has expanded geographically and IVA is therefore a great fit as it brings operations into the Australian market.
