Change in the number of shares and votes in Vimian

The number of shares and votes in Vimian Group AB (publ) (“Vimian”) increased during December as a result of the share issue of D shares, E1 2025 shares, E2 2025 shares, and E3 2025 shares within the framework of Vimian’s incentive program LTIP 2025/2028 as well as conversion of C shares into ordinary shares. The number of shares increased by a total of 596,437 shares, of which 418,269 were D shares, 59,390 were E1 2025 shares, 59,389 were E2 2025 shares, and 59,389 were E3 2025 shares. Furthermore 218 C shares were converted into 218 ordinary shares.
 
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 529,262,637 shares in Vimian. 525,964,772 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share. 938,605 shares are C shares, 1,485,532 shares are D shares, 291,237 shares are E1 2025 shares, 291,244 shares are E2 2025 shares, and 291,247 shares are E3 2025 shares, each with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Vimian is 526,294,558.5.
