Vimian’s Diagnostics segment offers a broad portfolio of complete workflow solutions including PCR and ELISA solutions used by public and private laboratories, food producers and specialized veterinary clinics to help identify, prevent, monitor and eradicate diseases in livestock and companion animals. 

We serve customers in around 70 countries, with direct sales in 19 countries. The majority of diagnostic solutions are produced in-house in our production facilities in Germany and the Netherlands.

We pursue innovation mainly in-house in close collaboration with reference laboratories, academics, regulators, food safety authorities and strategic partners.

In 2024, the segment entered the companion animal market through the launch of Ovacyte. Ovacyte is a novel point-of-care automated system that uses digital analysis and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to count and identify eggs of intestinal parasites and trematodes in animals.
